About Us
The position is part of the Regionhälsan office and reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
You will be part of a department with employees who have different areas of responsibility that are closely interconnected. The office works to provide support and conditions for the administration and its employees to comply with laws, regulations, rules, guidelines, and procedures within the area of public law. In this way, we create conditions for management and employees to ensure a legally secure handling of cases. The office's work is carried out in close collaboration with Regionhälsan's other staff departments, where we together provide support to the operations.
About the Job
In the role of development leader, you will work with your colleagues in the office to both ensure and further develop the administration's processes within information and case management. You are part of the registrar function and hold the role of chief archivist, which means responsibility for tasks within archive and information management as well as having your own development and areas of responsibility.
The assignment has an operational focus, where you, together with the archive manager, plan and carry out archive maintenance and contribute to organizational changes and other archive-related issues. You are also responsible for drafting and updating governing and supporting documents within information management based on legislation, procedures, and guidelines.
Furthermore, you have an advisory role and provide support in practical archival work within the administration while also contributing to raising competence in the area through training initiatives. You participate in working groups and networks, both within the region and at the authority, where you bring in a development perspective and follow environmental monitoring within information management. Your assignment also includes handling inquiries from the public and media regarding Regionhälsan's cases. In addition, you will work on other assignments within the office.
About You
We are looking for someone with a university degree in archive and information science or another degree deemed equivalent. Alternatively, you may have equivalent competence through experience in similar work. You have previously worked with archive and information management and have good knowledge of the laws and regulations applicable in the area, such as the Archive Act, Freedom of the Press Act, Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, and the Administrative Procedure Act. Furthermore, it is a requirement that you have good IT skills and are accustomed to working in digital information management systems.
In the role of development leader with archival knowledge, you need to be used to working independently and able to take your own initiatives to organize your work. You actively contribute to developing routines and processes and drive development together with others. The role also requires you to collaborate well with colleagues and assist with your specialist knowledge.
As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and quality-conscious, as well as having a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing. To educate and support managers and employees, it is necessary that you have good pedagogical skills. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability for the position.
